T.rex Tuesday January 2, 2018

Right before Christmas, we were at the Burke Museum in Seattle, WA to take a quick look at the progress on the Tufts-Love T.rex skull. and what has been opened up so far is absolutely stunningly preserved. Without a doubt, there will be some new things learned as a result of studying this fantastic specimen. And, of course, we get to see how things are going with the Burke's T.rex Live exhibit, where the fossils are being prepared for everyone to watch. The exhibit will be limited to one window from the 8th of January to the 20th of February while the space is modified. But it's still well worth a look. Here's a link to the Burke's page on the exhibit: http://www.burkemuseum.org/exhibits/t-rex-live
